2024 Land Use and Housing Legislation
The Community Development Office at the Department of Local Affairs’ Division of Local Governments has been tasked with implementing a number of bills passed by the Colorado General Assembly in the 2024 legislative session and is working to provide guidance and assistance for local governments on complying with them.
